Make this Labor Day Weekend a vacation that will transform your life!  Busy professionals and caregivers, isn’t it time to really take care of your health, your eyes, and your stress level?  Join Meir Schneider and the staff of the School for Self-Healing for three days of self-nurturing.  When you release your inner physical tension, your true self surfaces and your capacity for a fuller expression of life grows.  Not only will this benefit your health, it will also help you resolve problems in your personal life and achieve professional goals.


Day 1: Natural Vision Improvement


Get rid of, and stop depending on your glasses with natural vision improvement. Meir Schneider, author of Vision for Life, will demonstrate exercises in a very practical way. These exercises have a great promise of improving your vision and helping you deal with vision problems. This includes nine core principles: adjusting to light frequencies, great relaxation, expanding the periphery, studying details, and five others.


Day 2: Overcoming Spine, Neurological, Circulatory, and Joint Problems


Did you know that you have 600 muscles, but have trained your brain to use only 50-75 of them? In day two, we’ll teach you how to not strain your body, and to learn how to use muscles you never used before with movement and exercises. Using these muscles, relaxing the ones you have always used, and integrating between all of them, will make life easier, longer, more pain free and pleasant!


Day 3: Introducing the Art of a New Form of Bodywork and Regenerative massage


We’ll do massage that nourishes the body, learn to massage ourselves and each other, and also learn how to loosen up the body to prevent the tension and benefit health and growth in nerves, bones and muscles. This prevention of tension can also help you use the computer at greater ease and live a happier life.
