Pilates Exercises for Self-Healing with Susan Powers

Join Susan Powers for an introductory workshop on Pilates. It will be experiential, so come dressed to move in loose, comfortable clothing. In this workshop, you will learn how to use your breath to support your movements, how to get the most benefit out of your abdominal work and how to find ease in the effort of exercise.
Susan has been teaching Pilates for 17 years and incorporates her knowledge of biomechanics into the practice of Pilates to improve alignment and posture and joint health.
In addition to her Pilates training, Susan is an advanced student practitioner of Meir Schneider’s Self-Healing Method.
