Wanda Warkentin, Self-Healing Practitioner, Thai Yoga Therapist, and Professional Orchestral Musician Learn simple self massage and stretching techniques to increase circulation, joint flexibility, strength and well-being. Will include some easy techniques to share with a partner. Bring a partner or come by yourself. Wear soft clothing. Wanda combines her study of Self-Healing, Thai Massage, and first hand experience overcoming repetitive strain in the trenches of the professional orchestra.
