Eyestrain

Chronic visual stress leads to poor visual health and deteriorating eyesight. Through our Yoga for Your Eyes natural vision improvement workshops and/or individual sessions with a Self-Healing Practitioner Educator, you’ll learn techniques that rest and refresh the eyes, help them to adjust to different intensities of light, and balance the use of central with peripheral vision and of the two eyes together. You’ll learn a more relaxed, alive way of seeing.

If you’re unable to work with a Self-Healing Healing Practitioner Educator, or to attend a natural vision improvement workshop, you may choose to work with our materials. We recommend the Yoga for Your Eyes video program, which comes with an illustrated 62-page booklet, or the audio program Meir Schneider’s Miracle Eyesight Method, which is a vision improvement workshop on CD.
