Two Day Workshop: Self-Healing Through Movement and Natural Vision Improvement Seattle

Then this is the workshop for you.

 

  • Become aware of your eyestrain and its causes.  Learn how to use your muscles efficiently, with more ease, balance and flexibility and enhance physical and mental relaxation.
  • Learn how to use your muscles efficiently, with more ease, balance and flexibility and enhance physical and mental relaxation.
  • Increase joint mobility and reduce pain and learn how to prevent degenerative conditions like arthritis and circulatory problems.
  • Learn how to improve the function of your nervous system.
  • Learn how to use muscles you have never used before and integrate them with muscles you have always used. The function of your body will improve like never before.

Through Self-Healing natural vision improvement exercises learn how to:

  • relax your eyes through facial massage and conscious resting;
  • undo strain caused by computer, smartphone, and tablet use, reading and other close-up work;
  • reduce or eliminate the need for glasses;
  • prevent age-related vision deterioration;
  • balance the use of your eyes;
  • improve your visual focus, near and far, and night vision.
