Natural Vision Improvement and Self-Healing Through Movement
The first day will familiarize you with Meir Schneider’s self-healing method and what it can do for you. You get to know muscles that you never knew you had, how you can increase blood flow and circulation in your veins, arteries, and capillaries, and naturally improve your vision. This workshop is suitable for you if you suffer from visual disturbances or just want to improve the function of your eyes and your body.
The second day is about applying the learned principles to your specific conditions, as well as the relationship between kinaesthetic consciousness and seeing. You will learn about the 9 principles of vision enhancement: deep relaxation of the visual system, adaptation to different frequencies of light, improvement of distance vision, recognition of details, improvement of peripheral vision, better balance between the eyes, better balance within each eye, body and eye coordination and more Blood flow to the visual system.
You will learn how to overcome vision disorders such as myopia, hyperopia, cross-eyesight, and eye-strain, and how to treat eye diseases such as cataract, glaucoma, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, and retinitis pigmentosa.
Bring along: comfortable clothing, blanket and / or yoga mat, large cushion (space for upper body plus elbow) and glasses case or contact lens container.

Drinks & Food:
At the registration office at the venue, we ask you to pay the mandatory lump sum for drinks & lunch in the amount of 25.50 € / day in cash . This includes unlimited coffee, tea, water, some pastries and fruit, as well as lunch (vegan / gluten free on request) and dessert. Self-catering is not desired in the rooms.
Within walking distance there are only a few restaurants and shops.
