Lecture; Self healing through movement and natural vision improvement

You will learn how people with small visual difficulties and very great large visual difficulties can improve their vision trough the Meir Schneider method with eye exercises. Partly new and at the same time original in the approach, Meir Schneider will show you how you can improve with movement and relaxation exercises as well as new ways to function with your vision and with your body.

Meir was born blind because of
congenital cataracts. After five
unsuccessful surgeries on the
lenses of his eyes, his doctors
pronounced his condition
hopeless and he was certified
permanently legally blind.

At the age of seventeen, Meir met the Bates Method of eye exercises. He
practiced these exercises with extreme diligence – up to 13 hours per day. Using
the Bates Method as his foundation, he developed many more eye exercises of
his own and created his own regimen of self-massage and movement

Today Meir can drive without the need for glasses or corrective lenses.

Over the years he has become one of the world’s leading experts in
the field of visual education.

Educator, therapist and pioneer recognized worldwide, is the founder
and director of the School for Self-Healing in San Francisco and author
among other books: “Yoga for your eyes”, “Movement for Self-healing”
or “Vision for life”..
