WORKSHOP: Self-Healing Through Movement and Natural Vision Improvement (Provided by East West Books)
In 2021, we want a better kind of new year resolution.
Do you suffer from eye strain and eye fatigue from looking at a computer or your phone all day? Are you tired of wearing your glasses? Do you want to increase your periphery? Do you have the beginning of cataracts and do you want to prevent them from expanding? Did you have surgery and the eyes are still not ok? Do you want to prevent macular degeneration? Do you have a tendency for glaucoma or do you want to prevent it from coming? Then this workshop is for you. Is your jaw tight and not open? Do you have back pain? joint pain? neurological problems? Then this workshop is also for you.
Don’t believe anyone who tells you that you cannot get rid of your pain. Don’t believe you cannot decrease your stiffness. Learn to breathe deeper and deeper and become more and more flexible in all situations.
In this one intensive day, Meir Schneider, Ph.D., LMT, Author of Awakening Your Power of Self-Healing, Movement for Self-Healing, Vision for Life, Yoga for Your Eyes, and many other programs; will teach you a way to see better and move better. You will learn to increase your level of wellbeing if you repeat every day the exercises you learn. It’s a Workshop not to miss this year. It may create a better 20/20 for you.
Please note: You will need eye charts (which will be available to you from The School for Self-Healing or directly through East West Bookshop), 2 tennis balls, a yoga mat or blanket, and a broomstick or pole.
This is a new resolution for many years to come. It will change our lives for the better as well as our future.
