Jill has FSH (FacioScapuloHumeral) Muscular Dystrophy, a degenerative disease of progressive muscle weakness and loss of muscle tissue. Jill’s condition has deteriorated to where she must use a scooter to get around. Fighting to stay out of a wheelchair, she uses a cane, but is falling more and more frequently. Inability to walk is imminent. Regular Self-Healing therapy offers specific massage techniques and gentle movement exercises for muscular dystrophy that strengthen and bring balance and can help Jill remain autonomous, but she cannot afford treatment sessions.
