LEVEL ONE: SEGMENT A & B TRAINING

Come to our special place in San Francisco by Ocean Beach and take our practitioner training course from the 18th of August to the 6th of September ! These classes are fun and inspiring. Throughout the course, your mind will be energized by the things you will learn, and your body will be energized by the exercises and massage work. Our wonderful facilities and the beach that we use for our work will vitalize you and reharmonize you.

If you have already taken Level One: Segment A or B the price is half of the original tuition cost to repeat the course and the experience is always new. Come for both segments and if you can’t spare the time, just one.

We cover seven topics:

Segment A
Breathing as the Key to Kinesthetic Awareness
Circulation System and the Heart
Digestion and the Autonomic Nervous System
Bones, Spine, and Joints

Segment B
Vision – Nine Principles of Natural Vision Improvement
Nervous system – Full Activation
Muscles – Structure and Function

The first goal of Segment A is to learn these concepts scientifically as well as intuitively, synthesizing the two viewpoints for a rich, full understanding. The personal transformation that comes with the completion of Segment A is very profound. Segment A is an intuitive, time-intensive course, with ten-hour days (exceptions are made for those who require rest in the middle of the teaching).

Although the classes are informal and relaxed, each student’s personal transformation is profound and lasts a lifetime. From small vision issues (such as not being able to individually blink one eye) to larger issues (such as being physically paralyzed), all body imbalances are addressed in Segment A.

Segment A also teaches you “touch.” This knowledge is essential to self-healing and healing others – each person requires a different type of touch to heal. Touch and massage are not a “one fits all” technique; it is as unique as each person. The second goal of Segment A is teaching you how to touch and massage for the individual.

Toward the end of Segment A, you will learn how to change touch and massage for different types of conditions – for example, how to correctly touch/massage a very weak muscle, when to deeply massage a muscle that is very tight and strong, and how to not massage too deeply or too lightly. Segment A teaches you that this knowledge begins with your own body’s ability to move. The third goal of Segment A is to learn the correct touch for various conditions, and how your body’s stress levels affect your intuitive abilities to heal yourself and others.

Upon completion of Segment B, you will have a deeper understanding of how to apply all the concepts learned in Segment A, and a basic understanding of the Self-Healing Method including Natural Vision Improvement, as well as basic anatomy and advanced physiology. Students will learn deep tissue massage to reduce practitioner stress, and improve vigor, using the thumbs and elbows. Participants will also learn light massage for paralysis, like muscular dystrophy. We will also study the muscular system and how to affect the brain and the nervous system with movement and bodywork. We will learn how to help people, and deal with day-to-day anxiety and depression. At the same time, we will learn how to overcome paralysis. In Segment B, we will emphasize the study on vision improvement from field trips for distance viewing to a night walk. We will learn how to balance all parts of the visual system. It will help us and help others to overcome strain and disease.

The specific needs and changes within students bring about further study in Segment B. These changes are always exciting to watch and offer invaluable opportunities for students to witness self-healing in action.

Something else you might consider – stay on a couple more weeks after the training to do some Apprenticeship hours. With Meir’s approval, those who have shown a propensity for this work and would like to get started with your Apprenticeship hours you can make a partial payment of the Level Three: Apprenticeship of only $750 for 100 hours of Apprenticeship. When you enroll later for the full Level Three: Apprenticeship this $750 will be deducted. This would be a perfect opportunity to practice what you have learned and take your knowledge and skills to the next level. There will only be a total of three students approved for this special apprenticeship time, so please let us know now if you would like to be part of it. There are two spaces available.

Our peaceful place by the beach is ideal, you’ll get a certificate of completion when you finish the course.

Level One: Segment A & B Training Course
August 18th thru September 6th, 2021

After a year of isolation and putting our lives on hold we are reviving up to open our doors and offer you the opportunity to inject life into your life with courses in the Meir Schneider Method of Self-Healing through Bodywork, Movement and Natural Vision Improvement. Whether you are a professional in the healthcare field or simply looking to improve or maintain your own health you will get a lot out of this program.

We would like to teach you life skills that will help you improve your quality of life, reduce the tendency for immobilized aging, bring a new sense of vitality to your body, improve your vision, improve your joints, improve your back… We use the beach, the trampoline, the hot tub, and our wonderful classroom with its new cork floor with yoga mats. Mainly we learn the skills that began and were developed over 50 years in Meir’s method. Even those who took the training course before will learn many new things they’ve not previously learned. Just so you all know, it is only half price to repeat. We highly recommend for those of you who have already taken the training course once to have a repeat.

These are new skills you can carry with you at any age, for many reasons, and all of them are great reasons for expressing love through movement and vision improvement. When we increase our potential and our capacity, and we feel capable, life opens for us and for others and, the love we add to our lives and to other’s lives starts to pour. That is the reason for this training.
